Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Made to Order

All of our products are printed to order to help raise funds for our community project. This means we do not hold stock, and every item is produced specifically for you once you place an order.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, or if the wrong size is ordered. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if we’ve made an error, we will of course put it right. In these cases, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and provide a photo of the problem if possible.

How to Report a Problem

  • Email us at [your email address] with your order number and details of the issue.
  • If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.
  • Refunds are only issued where an item is faulty or incorrect, and will be made to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Exchanges

As each item is made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, you’ll need to place a new order once we’ve resolved any issue with your original order (if applicable).
